Cathy has called the Big Bend region home for nearly a decade, and the lifestyle here is a meaningful part of who she is. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll often find her outdoors with her family, fishing on the weekends, or spending time at the barn with their three horses. Her son attends Maclay School, where she is actively involved in the community.
These everyday moments - time outside, time with animals, time with family - are a big part of why she feels so at home in the land and equestrian lifestyle. Her personal experiences give her a genuine understanding of what these properties offer and what they require, allowing her to relate to clients not just as an advisor, but as someone who shares their passions and way of life.

Cathy has a deep appreciation for horses, animals, and the lifestyle that comes with farm, ranch, and equestrian properties. It’s a world she knows personally, and that connection fuels her passion for helping buyers and sellers in this specialized market. Cathy majored in Animal Science with a specialization in Equine Industry, at the University of Florida before attending law school. She has also owned equestrian property, and has owned horses for over 25 years. With her extensive equestrian background, she understands the considerations that make these properties unique, from land use and layout to the practical needs of equine ownership, and she brings that insight forward in every conversation.
